I'm here to partner with you in the therapeutic process as I take my direction from you, the client. I would like to think that I empower those I work with to freely voice any concerns, discuss what works and what does not. My primary therapy approach is Cognitive Behavior Therapy with Exposure Response Prevention; however, I do utilize other approaches depending on the presenting problems/concerns the client in coming in with.
