Hello my name is Martin, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of combined experience as a mental health therapist and wellness coach. My clinical background includes working with adolescents, adults, families, and older adults across a wide range of concerns such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, adoption related challenges, ADHD, weight concerns, and LGBTQ related experiences. I hold bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Oregon, a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from George Fox University, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Foster and Adoptive Family Therapy. I blend trauma informed, brain-based, and holistic approaches including art, movement, somatic awareness, with ACT and DBT skills to help clients build resilience and reconnect with their most authentic goals. My counseling style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in cultural awareness, respect, and compassion. I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels and I strive instead to create a space where clients feel supported, empowered, and genuinely heard.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
