I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience serving individuals and families in both private and community-based settings. I currently serve women who are seeking support in navigating depression, anxiety, grief, burnout, self-esteem, family and relationship issues. I am attentive to client's individual needs, providing a warm, holistic, person-centered space where clients feel heard, supported and connected. I primarily use CBT, talk therapy, and optional reading or writing exercises. We can certainly take a faith-based approach to therapy, connecting your goals and experiences directly to the Word of God together.
