What should a new client know about working with you?

In conjunction to my emphasis on spiritual health, my practice also considers cultural factors in how we see ourselves. Some therapeutic approaches include Parts Work, Attachment Theory, Nurturing the Inner Child and ritualizing self-care from a strength-based perspective.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Initial sessions are made with assessments, understanding your goals and understanding how you grew up. I like to understand how culture has influenced one’s self image. We develop a treatment plan together centering your goals.
