There is so much power and strength in one's voice, and I am here to listen. Imagine being able to release the burden you have been carrying for years. My goal is to empower those who are struggling with diagnoses such as (but not limited to) depression, anxiety, and PTSD to find effective coping strategies. It is important for me to hear your story and encourage you to uncover your greatest potential. My passion is to help you identify your obstacles while empowering you to find healthy ways to address them. I provide evidence-based therapy, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy, to help you reach your desired goals. I also offer Christian/faith-based counseling. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from City University of New York, Hunter College, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support you on your journey.
