I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Pahrump, NV. I use an eclectic approach, including techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Brief Solution Focus Therapy. My clinical experience includes servicing clients in bereavement, the criminal justice system, chronic medical and mental health challenges, and assessing for psychiatric and rehabilitative levels of care that will bring about a healing process during times of crisis and challenge. I will focus primarily on moving forward in time to develop more effective ways of coping with life. During the first visit, a mental health assessment is vital for early steps in taking charge of mental health and wellbeing. I will collaborate with you to evaluate the levels of disruption and duration in order to identify the problem and move forward.
