Getting to know Mary Aldrich
Mary Aldrich is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania who began practicing in 1985. She holds a Master's Degree in Art Therapy and Counseling from Drexel University.
Mary believes in the psychodynamic therapy model and uses a person-centered, strength-based approach to help clients reach their full potential. She focuses on achieving wellness and recovery with all her clients by developing strong relationships. In addition to verbal psychotherapy, Mary offers art psychotherapy for those interested in new ways to express themselves and increase self-awareness. She is also deeply interested in the mind-body connection, incorporating mindfulness and meditative, holistic practices into her work.
In her spare time, Mary enjoys visiting art museums, especially Van Gogh exhibits, gardening, spending time with animals, and taking nature walks.

I commend Mary for being such a good listener and advisor. She validated my feelings and showed concern for my wellbeing. She is optimistic and supportive, i regret not finding her sooner to help ease my need for self-care. I attest to her professionalism and I will happily refer her to friends and family in need. Mary was very personable, understanding & offered different solutions to my problems. Booking was first done by LifeStance & I was able to tailor subsequent telemedicine appointments to my schedule with the psychologists & psychiatrist for meds. Highly recommend this service.
