I appreciate Mary’s attentiveness, Mary holds me accountable to the desires I want for myself. I appreciate that throughout my session she asks me questions that further my self awareness.Teaching me the value of holding space for my needs. I notice the freedom I have when speaking up for myself without guilt. I look forward to sessions down the line .. I think i’ve had about 4-5 sessions and I feel her approach has already helped me continue my self discovery with optimism and confidence.
