It can feel like no one understands what you are going through, and it is hard to open up about these issues. This is where I come in. I am here to support and empower you. I will treat you with respect and understanding for your unique situation. We will also use mindfulness in our sessions together to help you become in tune with yourself and develop positive coping skills. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling from Lynn University, which has equipped me with the skills to effectively support my clients. My expertise includes working with adults, couples, and families. I specialize in depression, anxiety, relationship and marital concerns, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and physical and sexual trauma. My counseling style allows you to achieve your goals and overcome what you have endured.
