I will treat you with respect and understanding for your unique situation. We will also use mindfulness in our sessions together, to help you become in tune with yourself as well as to develop positive coping skills. My expertise includes seeing adults, couples, and families. I specialize in depression, anxiety, relationship and marital concerns, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and physical and sexual trauma.
