I have worked in a variety of professional environments, which has helped to cultivate me into the therapist I am today. I have a heart to come alongside hurting people using an eclectic mix of therapeutic skills, including CBT, DBT, family systems, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness, to provide support and hope for a better future. I hold a Master's in Professional Counseling from Richmont Graduate University, a Bachelor's degree from Montreat College, and a certification from the National Center for Paralegal Training. Most recently, I completed my EMDR training through an EMDRIA-approved program.
