What should a new client know about working with you?

Our first session will be an opportunity for both of us to gain information. Your questions are always welcome in any/all sessions, but this first session is a time to speak to any thoughts you have regarding therapy, or you may have some concerns. I would also like to use this time to ask you about how things are going currently, and therapy is more beneficial with some history of things that you have tried in the past. Please plan on 60 minutes of this first session. Follow up sessions will be approximately 45 minutes. Each of these sessions will allow you to learn new skills and practice those skills. You will gain experience working toward relief of symptoms and taking control of increasing your satisfaction with your life.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
