I also have extensive experience working with active duty service members, veterans, and their families, through transitions, deployments, or service-connected trauma. Everyone is unique and has their own way of expressing themselves; this belief leads me to adapt my approach according to the individual, couple, and family. I draw from various treatments such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Emotionally-Focused Therapy to meet the individual and their needs.
