My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and collaborative. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and develop the tools needed to improve their emotional well-being. I believe therapy is most effective when clients have an active voice in the process, and I work collaboratively to ensure treatment aligns with what matters most to them.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During our first session, my priority is getting to know you and creating a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and supported. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your current concerns, and talk about your personal history as it relates to your goals. There is no expectation to share everything at once—we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I will also explain the therapy process, answer any questions you may have, and work collaboratively with you to identify your goals for treatment. Together, we will begin developing a plan that is tailored to your unique needs, strengths, and experiences. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling understood, supported, and hopeful about the work we will do together.
