Mary (Gina) Arnold lacks empathy. She is dismissive, sarcastic, and didn't help me feel safe at all. She made me feel ashamed that I am struggling and about the symptoms I'm having. She even used God to make me feel guilty about the fact I'm struggling. I didn't think MHC could use religion in their practice, let alone against you. She knew exactly what she was doing and felt guilty about it because at one point, she asked, "Are you upset about anything I said?" She was trying hard to hide from the camera, and I could only see half her face. She was also in a dark room. There's no way I'd recommend her. She's definitely in the wrong profession.
