My focus areas depend on what my clients need, whether it’s Person-Centered, CBT, or other approaches deemed necessary. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. My approach I choose what is in the best interest of the client, using different therapeutic methods to create successful therapy. My focus I work with groups, families, couples, individuals, and young adults facing a variety of challenges such as depression, anxiety, suicide, grief, separation, divorce, and PTSD, just to name a few. My communication style I’m nonjudgmental, empathic, direct but fair. I’m easy to work with and quite pleasant. My journey to mental healthcare I was destined to become a therapist. I didn’t choose it; it chose me. Becoming a therapist is my calling and my lifelong desire to help others. My goals for you The client and I will set goals together, always with the client’s approval.
