You CAN create a life that you love! I am passionate about working with clients of all genders, sexual orientations, ethnicities, and cultures. My approach is highly effective because it is truly individualized and person-centered. I work with singles and couples who are dating, cohabitating, married, open, or poly, specializing in sex therapy and relationships. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Rutgers University–New Brunswick and bring over 20 years of experience to support you on your unique journey. I look forward to meeting with you soon!

I am solutions-focused, and love to empower my clients through education. My approach is eclectic, authentic, and genuine. My positive style, full of optimism, is consistent and will inspire you as we work together on your goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During the intake session we will work together to create treatment plan goals- think of a truly individualized plan that is customized for you. That plan guides our future sessions as we navigate together on your journey of self-care and growth. You will always feel supported during our work together! You will leave our sessions feeling confident about yourself, and your abilities for positive change. You CAN do this! I will help you.
