I have been helping individuals in various roles since 1995 and became a licensed counselor in 2004. Over time, I've learned that people often have more strength and insight than they realize. You already have what it takes to create meaningful change-I'm here to help you move forward. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Supervising Counselor in Ohio, as well as a National Certified Counselor (NCC), Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, chronic illness, disabilities, caregivers, survivors of domestic violence, relationship concerns, and individuals in crisis. I believe that challenges can be worked through in ways that lead to growth and resilience. I work with individuals, couples, and families to help create more fulfilling lives. My goal is to help you identify what you'd like to change-even if it's just one small step, because even one change can make a meaningful difference. My style is supportive, compassionate, and collaborative, while also offering honest, direct feedback when it's helpful to move through obstacles and create progress.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
