My approach to therapy is rooted in grace and a commitment to journey alongside individuals as they navigate their unique experiences. I am deeply passionate about creating a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, fostering growth and healing. With an authentic listening heart, I aim to empower individuals to live as whole and healthy people.
I embrace a holistic perspective, recognizing that true healing involves the integration of physical, emotional, mental, social, and spiritual well-being. By tailoring therapy to each person’s needs, I strive to help clients uncover their potential, overcome challenges, and move toward a more fulfilling life.
I hold a Bachelor of Social Work from Weber State University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Denver. Outside of my work, I enjoy connecting with nature through hiking, camping, and paddle boarding. I also love practicing yoga, reading, knitting, cooking, and spending quality time with my partner and our two children.
