I'm a solution-focused therapist in private practice for over 15 years. I work most often with trauma, grief, and life-changing events you need to process, change, or make decisions about to move forward successfully. We work together to explore what is operating from your past or present to find ways to help you have a more authentic and happier future. It is my honor to assist you in making valuable connections that can elevate your life. You have neuroplasticity, which means you can rewire your brain. It is my sincere desire to help you find mind-body connections and listen to your inner self so you can be happier and healthier. By becoming conscious of your subconscious, you will be happier. I hold a Master's in Counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University, which has equipped me with the skills to support you on this journey.

We will work to find connections between the past and the present so you can enjoy a better future. I'm a solution focused therapist and you will be in a safe and nonjudgmental place to process trauma, relationship issues, grief or any event where you need to be heard and make decisions or find the best solution for you.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
A solution-focused approach is all about actively listening on my part. In doing so, I help you listen to your innermost self. Then you will have the autonomy to be your best advocate in a way that is guided and geared to assist you resolving past issues or solving current problems or trauma.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
