I am a Licensed Therapist with over 15 years clinical experience treating a diverse population. I operate from a strengths and humanistic theoretical model and employ various modalities: CBT, ACT, supportive and compassionate psychotherapy. I love working virtual since the Covid pandemic and enjoy seeing my patients in their natural environment, whether at home, work, or simply in nature. I also engage with spouses, children and even friends in the therapy process. Ultimately, together we will work on reducing stress, improving self care, and improving the quality of your life and mental health.
