During our first visit together, I'll want to know more about the specific symptom or issue that brought you into therapy. I'll likely ask questions related to the history as well as the current impact of the issue. If we want to eventually gain a deeper understanding of the nature and root of the issue, I'll need to know more about you as a person and what your specific life looks like. This means that I'll likely ask questions about other areas of your life including work life, social, and family life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I aim to offer a space that is free from judgment and that fosters compassion, curiosity, and insight. My goal as your therapist is to understand you as deeply as possible so that I can be with you every step of the way on the journey towards self-discovery, symptom-relief, and healing.
