I believe in a collaborative therapeutic relationship and respect your autonomy. My background includes a BA in Sociology and an MA in Counseling Psychology. I've worked with various issues, including trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship concerns. My therapeutic approach combines person-centered therapy with cognitive-behavioral techniques.
