I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused approaches to help clients develop tools to improve. I practice active listening and aim to help you feel truly understood, while also offering honest feedback and practical guidance. I studied Psychology at the College of Charleston and earned my Master of Social Work from the University of South Carolina. I’ve worked in school-based programs, hospitals, non-profits, and outpatient settings. My goals for you Therapy is a team effort.
