Therapy does not have to be intimidating or anxiety-provoking. It can instead be an interactive, thought-provoking, learning experience. I work with a variety of clients: individuals, couples, and families. I believe that you are the expert in your own life. I earned my Master’s in Family Studies from the University of Kentucky. I am an Air Force veteran, and my husband is a Marine Corps veteran. I am honored, and trained, to work with military members, veterans, and their families.
