What should a new client know about working with you?

I bring a calm, grounded presence to each session and take the time to get to know you as a whole person—not just a set of symptoms. My approach is collaborative, blending evidence-based tools with creativity and empathy. Clients often tell me they appreciate how easy I am to talk to—and how I never push, but gently guide.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I aim to make the experience feel safe, supportive, and grounded from the very beginning. Together, we take time to explore what’s bringing you in—whether it's stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, or a feeling of being stuck—and what healing or change might look like for you. Clients often tell me they appreciate having a space where they can speak freely without judgment, and where their emotions and experiences are truly honored. Our work is collaborative. I draw from approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based practices, but our sessions will always be guided by what feels most relevant and helpful to you. My goal is for you to feel more connected to yourself, more empowered in your choices, and supported as you navigate whatever comes next. Book an appointment with me to get started. I look forward to meeting you.
