Getting to know Mary Paul
My clients are assisted with anxiety, depression, various forms of trauma, relationship problems, family issues, identification of barriers to thriving, intimacy issues, stressors and their effects on daily living , low self-esteem, self-discovery, grief and loss, life transitions such as parental "empty nest", and different life stages. The process also involves identifying social factors that may impact emotional wellbeing and mental health. This collaborative effort aims to facilitate positive and impactful changes. I work with adults from age 18+through adulthood and various populations to include military and veterans, geriatric, LGBTQ+, families, mothers, fathers, young adults, multi-cultural and ethnic populations and the list continues to grow.

Video sessions are very glitch and often the audio gets behind the video unless the video picture is sized very small. On my laptop is the worst, so I have to use my cell phone to be able to get any slight normalcy.
