Getting to know Mary Resman

I am deeply passionate about mental health and believe in both the power and beauty of supportive relationships. I bring a holistic approach to therapy, emphasizing the connection between mind and body to support emotional healing and growth. I take a holistic, somatic approach to therapy and am EMDR-trained, integrating mindfulness and nervous system–informed practices to support emotional and psychological well-being. My hope is to help my clients build positive connections with themselves and others through an embodied understanding of compassion and self-love. When I’m not in the office, you can find me teaching movement, hanging out with friends and family, enjoying a slow morning with coffee or matcha, going to the beach, or spending time outdoors. Mary Resman is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor currently working under the supervision of a licensed practitioner. Mary holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bellevue University.

We have booked multiple times with this therapist through zoc doc to be told appt time not available and had to reschedule. They advised to not book through zoc doc and only direct. Being in crisis limits ones ability to jump through hoops. Dr should get their calendar issue handled rather than relying on patients to work around.
