What should a new client know about working with you?

i am passionate about facilitating each client's unique journey to "Forge Your Identity, Face Your Insecurities, Foster Your Inner Strength, and Find Your Inspiration." As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s unexpected curve balls that create uncertainty, a sense of being lost, and a decreased quality of daily living. I utilize what I envision as best practices from an ecletic selection of research-based, therapeutic techniques. My approach is grounded in compassion and acceptance . You may expect to be greeted in a casual, non-judegmental, authentically accepting space that fosters comfort and recognition that you are seen and heard and free to express your thoughts and feelings. You will learn you are not alone. We will utilize talk therapy, sand play, games, and team building activities, each hopefully designed to facilitate personal understanding and growth. My goal is for you to identify your best life and to leave each session feeling empowered, renewed, hopeful, and ready to find the NEW BEGINNING you desire.

You will learn you are not alone. We will utilize talk therapy, sand play, games, and team building activities, each hopefully designed to facilitate personal understanding and growth. Since our time is limited, I will introduce to literature, movies, analogies and research that may be relative to your specific needs and may help you find more tools and techniques to help you reach your goal more quickly.
