But what if you never felt that control or confidence? This is more common than you may think. I focus on the present-the here and now-because this moment matters more than the past or future. This is where we can work on perspective, and if we can change perspective, we can change behavior. I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and a Bachelor's degree from Argosy University, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you on this journey.
