As a first-generation American with Dominican and Cuban roots, I bring an understanding of the complexities involved in navigating multiple cultures and identities. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Hunter College, which equips me with the skills and knowledge to provide compassionate, culturally sensitive care.

My holistic approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, mindfulness training, executive functioning tools, and personalized strategy documents to help navigate your unique experiences. Together, we foster a warm, supportive space for personal growth, resilience, and achieving your goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Therapy can often bring ambivalence. To help you feel confident in your decision, I provide a free 15-30 minute consultation to discuss your concerns and determine if we’re compatible. I look forward to connecting with you and exploring how I can best support your journey!
