I believe that healing happens when we feel heard and understood, so my approach is deeply client-centered. I integrate a variety of therapeutic methods to meet your unique needs. This includes Child-Centered Play Therapy for younger clients, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for managing thoughts and behaviors, and faith-based therapy if desired, to support your spiritual journey. I’m flexible in adapting my methods to ensure we’re creating the best environment for you to grow and thrive. ?
