I am an accomplished and Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida, holding both a Master's in Mental Health Counseling and an EdD in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. Additionally, I earned my Bachelor's degree from Youngstown State University. I am passionate about motivating, empowering, and helping people manage situations and overcome obstacles. My specialties include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Client- and Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness and Relaxation, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Strengths-Based Therapy, and other modalities.
