At the heart of my approach is the belief that we are always changing, growing, adapting, and evolving in response to life’s experiences. Sometimes, change is prompted by our internal motivations for achieving goals or aligning our actions with our values, but change can also happen in ways that are outside of our control. Together we can work to make sense of that change, to slow down and explore what you’re feeling or needing, and to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with individuals and families navigating a range of life challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, life transitions, relationship issues, and interpersonal conflict. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I have a special interest in working with LGBTQ+ individuals and strive to create a space that is inclusive, affirming, and supportive of all identities and lived experiences.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My style is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I aim to help you build insight, strengthen your coping strategies, and reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way. Whether you're adjusting to a new chapter, healing from the past, or simply feeling stuck, you're not alone.
