My approach is warm, client-centered, and trauma-informed. I focus on creating a space where clients feel heard and supported. Together, we explore emotional patterns and relationship dynamics while building practical tools for change using CBT, trauma-focused therapy, mindfulness, relational approaches, faith-based, and self-compassion work.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My goal is to help you build coping skills, increase emotional resilience, and create lasting improvements in your mental health, faith, and relationships. I look forward to supporting you in your journey toward healing, growth, and greater well-being.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I am client centered and I utilize different modalities to help my patients. During the course of treatment, I will provide a safe and open space for you to process your thoughts and emotions, help you achieve your goal, and provide resources and techniques to help you heal. Typically, our first appointment will be an intake appointment where I will gather information so I can come up with a diagnosis and treatment plan. There will be times when I will be directive or indirective, but I would like you to create a space for your healing process.
