Getting to know Maryann Vaz

My communication style is calm and accommodating. I want my clients to feel comfortable talking with me about anything. I pride myself on my ability to listen empathetically. My style is a good fit for postpartum women and adults dealing with end-of-life issues, a new illness diagnosis, grief and loss, and caregiving. This may often take the form of anxiety and depression. I assist my clients in navigating these transition periods, building skills to feel better about themselves, and developing a more positive outlook on life.
