Accepting new clients! Finding a therapist can feel immensely overwhelming. Often the hardest step is just showing up, and you have already accomplished that! I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of North Carolina, which informs my compassionate and individualized approach. Everyone has different needs and goals, so the techniques I use in practice vary from client to client. I offer weekly sessions where we work collaboratively to address your unique needs and goals. Some of my focus areas include anxiety, ADHD, ASD, family difficulties, stress management, and self-esteem.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe that clients are the ultimate source of information on their own experience. I aim is to collaborate with you to identify what goals you would like to achieve, and how best to reach them. I utilize a conjunction of modalities including CBT, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness, and Person Centered approaches with a holistic lens.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

After our first session, clients will leave with a more thorough understanding of what to expect throughout the therapeutic process. They will feel empowered with a clear set of goals in mind that we will continue delving into in subsequent sessions!
