Being a kid isn’t easy, but neither is parenting. Big feelings, social pressure, and the fast pace of growing up can overwhelm kids, even when they can’t put it into words. And for parents, it can feel like no matter how much you give, it’s never quite enough. You’re tired, stretched thin, and longing for connection; both with your child and within yourself. That’s where I come in. I create a safe, supportive space for kids to be seen, heard, and understood as well as parents to feel empowered, not judged. I believe therapy works best when it’s a team effort, helping families reconnect, navigate big emotions, and build strong, lasting bonds rooted in trust and compassion. My approach is client-centered and grounded in empowerment, social justice, and understanding systems at play in your life. I bring experience from school social work with ages 3–21 and specialize in helping children, teens, and parents move through emotional and behavioral challenges with confidence and care. Whether it’s individual therapy, parent coaching, or family sessions, I aim to meet you where you are and guide you toward where you want to be. I know firsthand what complex family dynamics look like; I grew up the youngest in a blended family, with a brother who has profound non-verbal autism. This shaped my lifelong passion for supporting kids, honoring diverse needs, and creating inclusive, affirming spaces for all. I’ll show up to every session with empathy, practical tools, and a dash of humor. Together, we’ll make this journey not just manageable but meaningful!
