The first counseling appointment is always the hardest, but I promise to make the process a warm and positive experience. With over 24 years of experience, I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused techniques as the core to guide you towards your goals. I believe flexibility in approaches allows the best outcome for each client. No one is a one size fits all. I specialize in trauma recovery, sexual abuse, anxiety, depression, and post-abortion healing, but I am experienced with almost every need a client could have.
