I specialize in providing evidence-based treatments to individual clients and couples experiencing symptoms like depression, anxiety, emotion dysregulation, perinatal mental health symptoms, chronic pain & illness, grief, and relationship issues. I have witnessed the changes that can happen when people are given a space to be heard while also learning practical skills and tools. Beginning therapy can be a daunting task, whether you are starting for the first time, or picking back up after a break. It can also be a relieving opportunity to show up fully as oneself and work through questions and emotions while creating a life worth living. Whatever your experience is, I am honored to be with you and support you as you move through it.
