Psychotherapist

People come to psychotherapy because they want to feel better. A big part of a therapist’s ability to help a person feel better lies in taking a compassionate and loving stance toward that person. As a transpersonal, mindfulness-based, and person-centered therapist, I strive to create a safe space to explore your inner world. I work with you on strengthening the mind-body connection to support a whole-person healing journey. By aligning with clients’ innate wisdom, I assist them in feeling heard, empowered, and supported as they work through their relational patterns, wounds, and trauma. I hold a Master’s in Counseling from Naropa University Nalanda Campus and a Bachelor’s degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver, which inform my holistic and client-centered approach.
