Sessions with me may feel like a balance of being deeply understood while receiving gentle challenges and new perspectives to help you move forward. You can expect each session to be a mix of reflection, skill-building, and gentle challenges to help you grow. I want you to leave our time together with a deeper understanding of yourself, practical tools for managing stress and emotions, and a stronger sense of confidence and self-compassion.
