I value building a strong therapeutic relationship first, because trust is the foundation for real change. Sessions are collaborative, I will guide you, but your voice and pace matters. You don't have to have everything figured out to start.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first session focuses on getting to know you—what brings you in, your goals, and your history. From there, we work together to create a plan that supports your needs. In ongoing sessions, we may explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, develop coping strategies, and process past or current challenges. I use evidence-based approaches such as cognitive and solution-focused techniques, while keeping sessions flexible and personalized. Progress looks different for everyone, and we will regularly check in on your goals to make sure therapy is helpful and aligned with what you need.
