What should a new client know about working with you?

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in individual sessions and Emotion-Focused Therapy when working with couples. While these approaches are evidence-based and effective, I believe that the cornerstone of successful therapy lies in building a trusting, non-judgmental relationship. I specialize in working with teens and young adults.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Taking this step is often the most difficult part. I have removed many of the barriers that come along with starting therapy, so you will have minimal logistical challenges. I look forward to working with you!
