I specialize in helping individuals with PTSD, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Anxiety, and Depression. I also specialize in helping people navigate relationships, heal from grief, process childhood and adult trauma, faith transitions, self-image, and personal development.

Safety and trust are crucial to vulnerability, which is necessary for growth. I strive to provide safety and trust in sessions to support people in their personal growth. Life can be incredibly difficult to navigate, and no one can do it without support. Finding support is crucial, and by seeking support, you have made the first step.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My therapeutic approach is to meet clients where they are, help them process difficult experiences, and support them in making changes to improve their lives. I am an empathetic listener and truly passionate about hearing your story. I utilize EMDR, ACT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients achieve their goals and feel better.
