Hey everyone! My name is Matt and I'm glad you're here!I am here to provide support; skills to cope; and offer a different perspective on life's challenges. We will work together as a team to manage the rollercoaster that life is! I utilize an open; non-judgmental approach to treatment and believe everyone has the ability to create a fulfilling life. I also use a variety of approaches such as person centered and CBT; although I individualize and adapt my approach based upon what will be best for you.
