My goal is to allow you to navigate your journey at your own pace through unconditional support and empathy. I utilize therapeutic modalities based on the unique needs of my clients such as Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.

We'll start with an initial intake session where we will discuss your concerns and goals for therapy. I will then create a treatment plan based on your specific needs.
