road, progress means doing an about-turn and walking back to the right road, That belief has guided my work for more than 20 years in the mental and behavioral health field and throughout my 11 years as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families in community mental health, schools, correctional settings, and substance use treatment programs. My goal is to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore life's challenges, recognize their strengths, and move toward lasting hope and healing. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, and many other mental health concerns. While I often begin with a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach, I tailor treatment to each person's unique needs by integrating evidence-based therapies such as DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care. Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your relationship, or your family, I consider it a privilege to walk alongside you as you build resilience, discover your strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
