I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor specializing in supporting adolescents, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I believe there’s immense strength in the decision to seek help, and I strive to create a warm, insightful space where clients feel empowered to safely explore their experiences and grow.
My approach centers on understanding the deeper roots of struggle, recognizing how environment shapes well-being, and identifying paths for meaningful change.
