As a psychotherapist at the Center for the Healing Arts, I am dedicated to helping you shift to a place of growth and healing to lean into the most authentic, happiest version of yourself. Whether you are suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, or challenging behaviors such as difficulty following directions, emotional outbursts, or ongoing conflict, I am here to help you.
